Lighting brings the details
of architecture to life
The property had various open plan areas, some which had very high-pitched ceilings and some with very low cottage style ceilings. We supplied different lighting ideas and solution to uniquely enhance each space.
To compliment the double height space on this traditional stone house, we discreetly positioned energy efficient light fixtures into the beamed ceilings which highlight the natural materials and structures used in the building. Mounting the spotlights into the vaulted ceiling ensures there is an even distribution of light whilst making the space feel larger and reducing glare.
Light from the directional downlights and linear lighting, play effectively on the stone wall, enhancing the stonework.

Utilising many different types of lighting effects and dimming types, we designed a functional and elegant lighting scheme to complement this traditional barn conversion, bringing the whole property to life.
We provided a wireless lighting control system to provide flexible dimming and scene-setting of the different spaces. The lights can be dimmed down as required for more subtle effects creating a more relaxing ambience.
This enabled the owner to set various moods all the way throughout the large open plan spaces, by pressing a single button, and giving individual control over each discrete area.

Lighting a Fountain at a Stately home in the Cotswolds
An existing client developed their landscaping and decided to add a fountain to their extensive estate in the Cotswolds. We designed and supplied the lighting and lighting control to bring this splendid feature to life with light, allowing the client to experience this stunning landscape at night as well as during the day.
