After delivering lighting design and supply services to several areas of this luxury hotel in Chester, our client appointed us to work on a new project – their newly refurbished wedding suites. We provided lighting design and supply for these suites.
We designed a versatile lighting scheme, providing warm general area lighting to the room and concealed colour changing lighting to key architectural features. The concealed colour changing lighting enables guests to easily change the colours to suit their wedding theme, which allows for a personalised experience and enhances the décor and aesthetic of each celebration.

A visually pleasant and consistent experience
Concealed colour changeable and warm white LED linear lighting to the ceiling coffers provides subtle illumination, the colour and light intensity can be tailored to the guests wishes, bringing a soft glow onto the textured gold effect ceilings.
Preset warm colours and soft pastel hues such as pale gold, soft yellow and pale pink, can create a relaxed and comfortable ambience in line the colour theme of the wedding. Bolder, saturated colours can be used during the evening when the entertainment and disco starts to enhance the lively atmosphere, providing a completely different appearance to the room.

Creating a balance of beautifully integrated light
Glass chandeliers were designed and supplied, creating unique focal points, as well as bringing illumination to the décor and elegant backdrops.
Bespoke backlit LED panels were used to create the appearance of twinkling stars, a visually pleasing element to the space and a great opportunity to use as a background for photographs. These can also be set to pastel or saturated colours for specific occasions.
All of the lighting elements were controlled by an easy-to-use scene setting lighting control system. This provided guests and staff control of preset scenes and colours from lighting control keypads.
