An example of where we provided lighting support services
The client had moved into a house where the lighting design and control system had been carried out by a previous owner.
As there was no documentation on the system or engravings on the keypads to show button functions, the client contacted us for help with making sense of the system installed.
We provided on-site support services to:
- Interrogate the client’s current system
- Create project specific documentation
- Re-program the lighting scenes and button functions to be in keeping with the client’s lifestyle
- Arrange project specific engraving of the existing lighting keypads to provide clear identification of the button functions.
- Training on how to use the lighting system
We evaluated the clients current lighting system and provided project specific documentation making it easier and faster to maintain the lighting control system in the future. Lighting Control Systems are very adaptable and can suit every application or requirement.
We also provided training on how to use the lighting system and demonstrated how the lighting control system can be accessed from a phone or other devices. This means the client is now able to make changes and adjustments to the lighting control system easily.
